Obligation or Right to Provide Data and Consequences of Possible Refusal: Regarding the data that we are obliged to know to comply with the obligations set by laws, EU regulations, and national legislation, or by provisions issued by authorities authorized by law and by supervisory and control bodies, your failure to provide these data will result in the impossibility of establishing or continuing the relationship, to the extent that such data are necessary for its execution. As for the data that we are not obliged to know, their non-provision will be evaluated by us from time to time and will determine the consequent decisions based on the importance of the requested data that you did not provide.
